I LOVE sushi. Tonight Quinn Kelsey and I (he's a fellow colleague of mine from Chicago and singing the lead role of the Forester in the opera) went to a fantastic restaurant called Kura. The food was YUMMY, to say the least.
This was a five-piece sashimi appetizer. 
This was my dinner--an 8-piece sushi "surprise" type of meal. So good.
and we both topped out meals off with a delicious cup of Miso soup!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My first sushi in Japan!!!!!!

Yes. SO good. Now then, the catch is to find a place with similar QUALITY but better QUANTITY. I'll sacrifice a bit of Quality for Quantity!! (Or, when we're back in Chicago, we might just have to take a trip out to the Japanese market in Arlington Heights and pig out THERE, or go a little further and hit up Todai at Woodfield Mall. Basically Japanese buffet. Sushi, sashimi, tempura, and miso soup til the end of TIME!!)
Shit...I'm getting hungry now.
